We have participated in more than 25 M&A transactions related to renewable assets in various countries (Germany, France, Poland, Mexico, Canada, the UK and Spain) and have raised over €1 billion in financing for these types of assets.

K Green Tech Ventures

Through the K Green Tech Ventures vehicle, we invest in asset-based climate tech startups focused on tangible and scalable solutions that drive the energy transition and strengthen European competitiveness.

Operating Renewable Plants

We invest in small/medium-sized renewable energy assets (0.5-5MW), such as wind, solar photovoltaic, and mini-hydraulic. The focus is on optimizing returns through the capital/debt structure of the projects, while respecting the operational management structure. Specialized in the acquisition of multi-owner photovoltaic plants, Kira targets a sector that has been overlooked by large investment funds, offering a more profitable and professional disinvestment alternative for owners and project managers.

Lease Contract Revenues

Kira has developed a pioneering project that involves acquiring rental income from renewable plant land lease contracts. This is a long-term investment product with attractive profitability and limited risk, within an untapped potential market.
